A cleaner cleans. An Ayi manages. The difference is initiative, judgement, and scope. Your Ayi will notice the fridge needs restocking and handle it. They'll see the return parcel by the door and take it. They'll prep the week's meals, coordinate with a tradesperson, and leave you a note about what to expect when you get home. It's a fundamentally different level of support.
Yes. Consistency is core to what we do. Your Ayi is matched to you, knows your home, and comes every time. If your Ayi is ever unavailable, a covering Ayi will already have access to your Home Playbook — so they walk in knowing exactly how your household works.
Memberships are month-to-month. You're not locked in. That said, the families who get the most from Ayi are the ones who give the relationship a few weeks to find its rhythm — so we'd gently encourage you to give it at least a month.
We offer a Signature Taster Session — a single four-hour visit for £150. It's a great way to experience what Ayi can do before committing to a membership. Many of our members started here.
Every Ayi goes through a rigorous selection process — background-checked, reference-checked, and interviewed by Jessie personally. We look for warmth, initiative, reliability, and the kind of quiet competence that makes a home feel different after a visit.
